I have a few questions/concerns for anyone that has (or had) an Anderson Composites carbon fiber hood on their c5, specifically the TM hood but I'm sure the same would apply across their whole line of hoods. they recommend to use heatshield because of the carbon fiber but I have seen no other hood recommend doing this so I think they are.
